Four phases, 90 days. No BS, no "we'll do creative before we have tracking", no pretty dashboards that say nothing.

Phase 01 · 7 days

Forensic audit

I review 5 years of history. Which keywords burn money, which creative works, which geos give up.

Phase 02 · 14 days

Real tracking

GA4 + server-side + CRM integration. Without honest tracking, any optimisation is pure luck.

Phase 03 · 30 days

Restructuring

Match types, campaign structures, Performance Max segmentation. Aggressive negative keywords.

Phase 04 · ongoing

Weekly optimisation

Review every Monday. Monthly report with analysis (not just charts). Quarterly strategy session.

Indicative pricing. Each case is adjusted to account size and integration complexity. No overage, no surprises, no long contracts.

For accounts spending less than €5K/month: I recommend the 90-minute Diagnostic instead of monthly management. For accounts above €15K/month: tailored proposal with deeper involvement.

Do you take a commission on ad spend?

No. My fee is for the management work, not for how much you invest. That way, if I advise you to cut budget because it's worth it, I lose nothing. There's a real conflict of interest in the agency model of "10% of ad spend".

When will I see results?

Month 1 won't look very different yet — I'm building the tracking and auditing. Month 2–3 you'll see CPA drop 20–40% in categories that allow it. Month 6 is when you have enough data for strategic decisions.

What's the minimum account size?

Below €1,000/month in ad spend, my fee doesn't pay off. For those cases I'd rather recommend training or a one-off diagnostic where I set up the system and you run it yourself afterwards.

What if I currently have an agency that isn't working?

You can come to me for a transition month while you close out the agency. I do the audit while they're still in place, so you don't lose budget during the handover. Most agencies accept the audit without feeling threatened.
